- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Promote products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
