Role Purpose

The Client Services Associate/Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to our advisers, high net worth, institutional and retail clients across Private Credit, Real Estate Credit, Direct Real Estate and Hospitality (listed and unlisted).

We are looking for someone who is passionate about client services, a self-starter who works well with a broad range of internal stakeholders to own and drive the client experience and manage the associated unit registry. The Client Services Associate/Executive must have experience working with retail clients and advisers. Experience working with unit registry is also highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, responding to enquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.

• Oversee day-to-day relationships with the external unit registry, ensuring compliance with operational standards, service quality, and agreed timelines.

• Collaborate with Asset Management, Investment, and Distribution teams to coordinate fund applications, distributions, redemptions, switches, and client reporting.

• Support fundraising activities, monthly fund intakes, and corporate actions, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing and reporting.

• Maintain accurate client records, communications, and management reports, working closely with CRM specialists and internal stakeholders to enhance client experience.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process documentation, system enhancements, and operational changes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Manage end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, enquiries, communications, complaint resolution, and SLA compliance.

• Oversee external unit registry operations, ensuring service standards, accurate client records, and timely processing of transactions.

• Collaborate with Asset Management, Distribution, and Investment teams to coordinate applications, redemptions, distributions, and client reporting.

• Support fund administration and fundraising activities, including monthly fund intakes, corporate actions, and reporting accuracy.

• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies to improve client experience and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
