Position Overview

• The role is responsible for driving business growth and commercial success by developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. This position will lead market expansion efforts, manage key healthcare partnerships, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective execution of commercial strategies across ASP’s product portfolio, including capital equipment and consumables.
  

  The role will collaborate closely with hospitals, healthcare institutions, healthcare systems, and strategic partners to identify growth opportunities, understand market trends, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. It will also oversee distributor partnerships, ensuring alignment with ASP’s commercial objectives, compliance standards, business processes, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Business Growth and Commercial Strategy - Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. Drive growth across client's product portfolio including Capital, consumables. Identify new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to develop effective commercial strategies.

2. Key Account and Customer Engagement - Develop strong relationship with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare institutions and healthcare system. Strengthen client's partnership with MPHHI and other strategic healthcare networks.

3. Distributor Management - Develop strong partnership with client Distributor and ensure alignment with client's commercial objectives. Implement client's standards of work, business processes, compliance requirements and ethical business practices. Monitor Distributor performance through KPI's business review. Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, sell-out and execution excellence. Support new product launches and commercialization activities. Lead strategic negotiations with key customer and healthcare institutions. Identify operational improvements to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or a related field - MBA is a plus point.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the medical device healthcare industry. At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience leading a sales team.

Preferred/Nice to have:
MBA , and current position is supervisor level

• Basic Salary: Php 40,000

• Transportation Allowance: Php 10,000

• Mobile Allowance: Php 1,000

• Incentive: Provided upon meeting quarterly targets
