Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate supports company growth by assisting with lead generation, client coordination, and basic sales and marketing activities. This role involves communicating with potential clients, preparing reports or presentations, and supporting overall business development initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Open to undergraduate candidates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Highly trainable with a strong willingness to learn
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proactive and learner-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Willing to report onsite in Marilao, Bulacan as required
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, presentation tools)
Work Setup:
- Hybrid setup – three (3) days onsite and two (2) days work-from-home (tentative and subject to change)
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
