Learning And Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialis t is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for drivers, helpers, and other employees as required. The role supports employee development through fieldbased, and practical training activities, conducts competency assessments, monitors performance trends, and promotes compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational best practices.

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree; Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,  Organizational Development
• Experience in  training in organizational development, facilitation, or human resources functions for at least 2-3 years
• Knowledgeable in training coordination, employee development, and onboarding processes;
• Familiar with transportation operations, driver development, safety practices, and training methodologies ;
• With good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Able to conduct training and assessment for both Light Truck and Heavy Truck Drivers
