Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, occupational health and safety, security, and risk management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
- Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
- Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
- Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
- Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
- Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
- Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
- Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
- DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
- Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
- Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
