Marketing & Operations Manager (Remote)

This is a remote position.

Location: Fully remote. Open to candidates based in South Africa and selected European countries.

Limitless Coaching helps established women founders scale their businesses without burning out or becoming the bottleneck in their own company. We run a growing ecosystem of group and 1:1 mentorship programs, masterclasses and live events, and our audience grows through organic content and paid campaigns.

The founder currently runs sales, marketing and operations herself. This role exists to change that. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the marketing and sales engine so the founder can focus entirely on client delivery.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing, sales support and operational execution of the business.

This is a full-time remote role open to candidates based in South Africa and selected European countries. The successful candidate must be available to work in alignment with Australian business hours.

It is suited to someone who can combine creative marketing, strong copywriting, technical systems knowledge and practical operations management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing organic content across social media
  
• Writing copy for posts, emails, landing pages and offers
  
• Building and maintaining GoHighLevel funnels, automations, workflows and pipelines
  
• Coordinating a small remote team
  
• Managing Meta advertising campaigns
  
• Supporting lead follow-up and sales pipeline activity
  
• Maintaining marketing systems, processes and campaign schedules
  
• Tracking performance and improving results
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, online business operations or a similar role
  
• Strong hands-on experience using GoHighLevel
  
• Ability to independently build and manage funnels, automations, workflows, pipelines, calendars and email or SMS campaigns
  
• Strong copywriting skills across social media, email, landing pages and offers
  
• Proven experience managing organic content that generates leads or sales
  
• Experience supporting or managing sales pipelines and follow-up processes
  
• Experience coordinating or managing a remote team
  
• Strong organisational and project management skills
  
• Ability to work independently across time zones
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Availability to work in alignment with Australian business hours
  
• A writing sample or portfolio demonstrating relevant copy or campaign work
  

Experience with Meta advertising, email marketing, coaching businesses, consulting, personal brands, information products or online service businesses would be highly regarded.
