Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across various lines of business.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Working Conditions: Pure on-site position
