- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
