- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
- Track key account metrics and analyze performance data.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance client experience.
- Prepare reports on account performance and provide insights for business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
