Job Title: Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining and growing long-term business relationships. This role requires a mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and business reviews to clients.
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
