Account Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with company offerings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.) to meet client expectations.
- Prepare reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
- Handle client concerns and provide resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., software, finance, healthcare] is a plus.
