Job Responsibilities
Device Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitoring the operational status of the printers via fleet management tools.
Monitoring and managing supplies.
Performing preventive maintenance.
Ensure timely response to system notifications to minimize downtime
Break/Fix & Technical Support
Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components.
Respond promptly to service calls.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues
Job Requirements
Must haves:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to haves:
Basic troubleshooting in printers, copiers, and MPS software
Computer literate
Fast learner
