Sales Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing sales presentations.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Track sales targets and report on team performance.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain client satisfaction through follow-up communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or in any related field such as economics or statistics
- BA Communication Arts or Advertising degree is also preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expert in actual use of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
- Willing to do field work
