Broker Sales Coordinator

Health Maintenance, Inc. (HMI)
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing.
- With minimum two-year experience in dealing with both Brokers and clients.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- With above average written and oral communication skills, high analytical skills, and practices initiative.
- Driving skills (advantage but not a basic qualification)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seek support to Brokers through invites/visitation
- Assist brokers on negotiation
- Conduct Broker's Presentation to new brokers and Employee Orientation to the client
- Monitors Franchise/Proposal requests and reviews the TOR for Marketing's validation
- Meeting with the broker to serve and discuss the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the expectations
- Monitoring of IDs and payments; following-up broker's requirements (due diligence for accreditation)
- Monitors commission release to Brokers
- Other duties deemed necessary
