Finance and Operations Associate

- Assist in managing financial records, budgets, and reports.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
- Track and manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor financial transactions and assist in audits and compliance.
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Previous experience in finance or operations (preferred).
