Role Description
I. Assist in checking, scoring, and interpreting psychological evaluations of all qualified applicants
II. Schedule applicants for initial screening, testing, confirming appointments, panel interview, and assist in maintaining applicant files
III. Assist in monitoring the status of all applicants
IV. Assist in routing and monitoring incoming and outgoing documents for the division
V. Participating in recruitment activities, such as representing the company in job fairs.
VI. Assist in filing documents in employees' respective 201 folders.
VII. Prepare 201 folder of new employees
VIII. Assist in encoding employee data in the HRIS and/or EPE System
IX. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Currently taking AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or other related programs.
- Can report onsite.
- Willing to learn.
- Voluntary / Academic Internship.
