Description - Operating laundry equipment and machinery to wash, dry, and fold linens and garments.
- Sorting and categorizing items for cleaning according to type and color.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Inspecting finished laundry for quality and completeness before distribution.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy loads
