- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their beauty needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to enhance customer engagement.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales and customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
