Production Supervisor

· Supervise and Monitors daily production operation
· Responsible for daily production schedule
· Plans, organizes, directs and controls the production and responsible for meeting company goals.
· Supervision of production staff/workers.
· Leads process improvement and ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness
· Organizes duties of operators effectively, efficiently and handles technical problems in production of drug products.
· Preferably College graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Pharmacy, or any related course with relevant experience in the field of Cosmetics and other beauty products
· With a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of beauty products manufacturing
· With strong sense of responsibility, keen in details, hard-working and good team player.
· With strong management and leadership skills
