- Assist customers in choosing products that fit their style, needs, and budget.
- Provide expert advice to customers about the products.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Demonstrate product use and application techniques.
- Achieve favorable target sales.
- Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends.
- Monthly PR kits.
- HMO upon regularization.
- Opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
- High school diploma, additional training in cosmetics is a plus.
- Some experience in sales, retail, or related field.
- Good customer service and sales abilities.
- Friendly and presentable personality.
- Strong passion for beauty and makeup.
