Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who enjoy helping others and have an interest in computers and technology. No previous experience is required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls regarding basic technical concerns.
- Help customers troubleshoot common issues.
- Provide step-by-step instructions.
- Explain technical information in simple terms.
- Document customer concerns and solutions.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate issues that require additional assistance.
Qualifications
