- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
