- Provide timely technical support to internal users.
- Ensure high restore success rates for system and network issues.
- Monitor and improve internal customer satisfaction related to IT services.
- Respond to IT support requests within the established response time.
- Minimize mean time to repair (MTTR) for technical issues.
- Optimize IT support expenses per user while maintaining quality service.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising IT efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain network availability to minimize downtime.
- Implement security measures to prevent and mitigate breaches.
- Ensure network stability through regular system maintenance and upgrades.
- Continuously improve technical skills in information and communication technology.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
- Assist in training staff on IT-related matters as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and network management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
