CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
· Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently.
· Previous experience may be required, but would be an advantage, especially if applicants have worked as a Customer Services Clerk in Shipping and Logistics previously.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate and monitor end to end operation process
· Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
· Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
· Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
· Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
· Customer Service and administration of Logistics movements manage; booking requests, Job Rego, Workflow, Costings, Reporting, CHC Weekends and Emails.
