- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans following health and safety regulations.
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently to ensure optimal sanitation and cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floors, shelves, and storage areas.
- Assist in the packaging and storage of clean dishes and utensils.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.

- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff and adapt to varying demands.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a high-temperature environment and stand for long periods.
