Hospital Laundry Attendant - Biñan Laguna

Sorting Linens:
- Separating soiled, contaminated, and clean linens.
- Sorting by type (bed sheets, uniforms, gowns, towels, etc.).
Washing and Drying:
- Operating industrial washers and dryers.
- Using the right detergents and disinfectants.
- Ensuring proper temperature settings for disinfection.
Folding and Ironing:
- Neatly folding and sometimes ironing linens as required by the hospital.
Distribution:
- Delivering clean linens to hospital wards and collecting used ones.
- Keeping records of laundry inventory.
Sanitation and Safety:
- Ensuring laundry area is clean and sanitized.
- Following infection control guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
Report Issues:
- Notifying supervisors of damaged linens or malfunctioning machines .
- At least a high school graduate (some hospitals may accept high/senior graduates or undergraduates
- Preferably with experience in laundry services , especially in healthcare settings.
- Training or background in handling soiled and contaminated linens is a plus.
