Regional Marketing Manager(Global Cryptocurrency Exchange)

About the client
A global, top-tier digital asset trading platform serving millions of users worldwide, expanding beyond Web3 into multi-asset trading. Fully remote, bilingual work environment with seamless cross-timezone collaboration.
What you'll own
- Lead the overall market strategy formulation and execution for the assigned region, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct regional market research and competitor analysis, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including both online and offline activities; evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
- Build and maintain regional channel resources, partnerships, and key customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Branding, BD and Growth to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI targets are achieved.
- Regularly prepare regional market data and performance reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage and develop the team, improving overall execution capabilities and business performance.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Web 3/Crypto marketing experience, with proven regional market management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the APAC market environment and channel development models, with proven successful cases.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and data analysis capabilities.
- Team management experience and a strong results-oriented mindset.
