We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Ads & AI-First Marketing)!
Anyone can launch a campaign. We need someone who knows what to say and who to say it to.
If you’re the marketer who digs into the market before touching the ad platform, finds the message that makes buyers stop scrolling, and already uses AI to work twice as fast, we want to talk to you.
Work Setup: Remote (Philippine-based only)
Work Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM Philippine Time (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM CDT)
About the Role
You’ll run MSPbots’ marketing end to end, from the first ad someone sees to the sales call they book. That covers paid ads, our website, content, email, and HubSpot automation. You’ll also lead product launches and manage one graphic designer. No one will hand you a finished brief. You’ll decide who to target and what to say, and use AI to test and move faster.
About the Company
MSPbots is a US-based AI company building automation tools for IT service providers (MSPs). If you’ve marketed a technical product to businesses before, like software, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT services, you’ll pick up our world fast.
What You’ll Do
1. Paid Ads (~50%)
- Run LinkedIn, Google, and Reddit ads aimed at IT company owners, service desk managers, and operations leaders
- Set up tracking that shows which ads bring in sign-ups and meetings, and fix it when numbers don’t add up
- Report on cost per lead, clicks, and demo bookings
- Lead launch campaigns for new products: ads, landing pages, one-pagers, video scripts, webinars, and emails
- Test new channels as we grow, like Facebook, YouTube, video testimonials, and campaigns aimed at specific target companies
2. HubSpot & Email %)
- Build the automated journey from first interest to free trial to sales call
- Create follow-up emails that help trial users get value from the product
- Keep our emails out of spam through proper domain setup, warm-up, and clean lists
- Share regular results using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
3. Website & Content (~10–20%)
- Improve our Google rankings, including new comparison, integration, and use-case pages
- Make the free trial sign-up and onboarding experience smoother
- Turn customer interviews and calls into blog posts, case studies, and testimonials
- Write LinkedIn posts, Reddit community posts, and newsletters that sound like an industry insider, not a generic influencer
4. Positioning & Growth
- Work with product to turn features into messages IT companies care about, based on how the product actually works
- Research industry trends and competitors to find angles worth testing and sharpen what makes us different
- Use AI for ads, outreach, content, and reporting, and help bring new AI tools into how the team works
- Support expansion into new markets like Australia, including local customer needs and rules
- Lead our trade show presence: booth design, materials, and messaging
5. Team, Collaboration and other ad hoc tasks
- Help manage our designers, interns and the team’s tasks, and work closely with product, sales, and technical teams
- Share marketing progress with leadership and finance during quarterly planning
- Keep an easy-to-use library of case studies, testimonials, and sales materials for the whole company
What We’re Looking For
✅ 4–6 years in marketing, including at least 2 years in-house or leading strategy at a business-to-business tech company
✅ Experience building campaigns from scratch, where you decided who to target, what to say, and what to offer
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn ads
✅ Hands-on HubSpot experience with automated emails and workflows, plus Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
✅ Daily use of AI tools in your marketing, with real examples of how they improved your results or saved time
✅ Strong writing and the ability to explain why a campaign works
