Job Summary:
The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the data analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions. This role ensures accurate reporting, develops data-driven insights, and improves business performance through analytics and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the data analytics team.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper data management.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Improve reporting systems and analytics processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in data analytics with 1–2 years in a leadership role .
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
