Data Encoder

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Encoder to accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy and integrity while adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy
- Verify and cross-check data entries for errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries
- Assist in data cleansing and validation activities
- Generate reports or summaries as required
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
- Follow established data entry procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of any course.
- Fast and accurate typing/encoding skills.
- Knowledgeable of SAP system.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
