Bookkeeper

1. Monitor daily cash flow and bank balance. Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, or other forms of payment to banks.
2. In charge in proper releasing of petty cash fund and expenses monitoring.
3. Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.
4. Calculate and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, and other payments.
5. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
6. Prepares and summarizes monthly reports:
· Cash receipts and disbursement summary
· Summary of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
· Financial Statement:
1. Journal entries - detailed transaction for the month
2. Posting - summary of all transactions
3. Trial Balance - reconciliation of all entries
4. Income Statement
5. Balance Sheet
· Comparative Financial Statement (Current vs last Month)
7. Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records. Reconcile records of bank transactions.
8. Performs general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
9. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably a resident of Meycauayan and Marilao, Bulacan area
