Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. This is a quota-based position with excellent earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through online and offline prospecting.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful sales transactions.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create and post marketing content on personal social media platforms to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants residing in or near Valenzuela City are preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
