About the role
We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced hotpot and grill environment. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure excellent guest service, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy hours.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of dining staff, cashiers, kitchen staff, and stewards
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, especially during peak hours
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and quality service
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and serving
Monitor food quality, serving portions, table setup, and overall dining area cleanliness
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards
Monitor inventory, supplies, and restaurant equipment, and report any shortages or issues
Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with company policies and procedures
