We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Uncleared Margin Rules Valuations .
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing & understanding the regulatory framework for Margin Rules for Uncleared Derivatives (MRUD) Initial Margin (IM)
- Working with all stakeholders on the End to End delivery of Margin Rules for Uncleared Derivatives (MRUD) Initial Margin (IM).
- Working in the development of Collateral & Risk framework for Initial Margin (IM)
- Collaborating with HSBC Counterparts, Collateral Management, RRA (Regulatory Risk Analytics) & Global/Regional Market Risk Management
- Working on delivering a high standard Collateral & Risk framework
- Ensure that deadlines set for Collateral & Risk are delivered in a timely manner
- Perform a thorough review of the final data expected to be submitted by Collateral & Risk to downstream users (e.g. Collateral Management Team).
Job Requirements:
- Risk Analyst level
- Pro-active, Good communication and business writing skills
- Very good mathematical / statistics skills
- Good market risk or/and counterparty risk knowledge
- VBA and SQL mastery
- Experience in market/counterparty risk reporting
- Previous stress testing experience and product control experience
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
