Job Description:
Supervise and monitor daily project activities and site operations.
Prepare project cost estimates, material take-offs, and budgets.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure project completion according to schedule, budget, and specifications.
Check plans and drawings for proper implementation on-site.
Monitor work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and other project documents.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
With experience in project supervision, site coordination, and costing is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in cost estimation, budgeting, and material quantity take-offs.
Knowledgeable in Building Utilities; can read and execute MEPF Plans
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations.
