We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer & Showroom Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. This is a pivotal role that combines design expertise with project coordination responsibilities, requiring someone who can seamlessly manage both the creative and logistical aspects of our showroom and design projects. You will play a key role in bringing our design vision to life whilst ensuring projects run smoothly from conception through to completion. Key responsibilitiesHelp oversee the completion and finishing of office and commercial spaces
Assist in the design and development of showroom and display spaces
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure projects are completed properly
Assist with sales, client presentations, and project coordination
Create layouts, concepts, and designs for exhibitions, events, and trade shows
Prepare presentations, design materials, and visual concepts for clients
Support various design, construction, and project-related activities as needed
What we're looking for
Graduate of Interior Design or a related degree (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial planning, and contemporary design trends
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards in the Philippines
Experience in showroom design, retail environments, or commercial projects is highly desirable
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
