Marketing Project Manager (FAM)

1. Campaign Planning & Alignment
- Translate brand, acquisition and offer plans into one integrated FIJNaloMAX campaign calendar.
- Gather requirements from Brand, performance, Social, Growth, CRM and Product before kickoff, and lock scope, owners and success metrics.
- Ensure every campaign carries one message across paid media, social, brand, executions and activations.
- Fold KOL activations, FIJNalo Studios content and promo drops into the campaign timeline.
2. Timeline & Delivery Management
- Build timelines, deliverable lists and approval paths for every campaign.
- Negotiate deadlines with internal teams, agencies and vendors based on capacity and priority.
- Map dependencies and choke points (creative, compliance review, procurement, tech, payments) and clear them before launch.
- Follow up with owners daily until each deliverable ships on time.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Escalation
- Inform all stakeholders as soon as a timeline slips, with the cause, impact and recovery plan.
- Escalate blockers to the Director, Acquisition Marketing with a recommended fix.
- Run campaign kickoffs, status check-ins and post-launch reviews.
4. Tools & Process
- Select and run the project management tools and workflows best suited to the team.
- Standardize briefs, intake forms, approval flows and launch checklists.
- Maintain one source of truth for campaign status, owners and dates.
- Report on-time delivery rate, slippage causes and process fixes.
Key Competencies and Skills
- Strong planning, prioritization and deadline management across parallel campaigns.
- Clear written and verbal communication with every level, from vendors to executives.
- Negotiation skills to align timelines across competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, creative production and campaign workflows.
- Background in iGaming, entertainment, or related industries is a plus. PMP, Scrum or similar certification is a plus.
Reporting & Meeting Structure:
- Weekly: Campaign status, upcoming deadlines, risks and blockers. Input to the Monday WOW review.
- Monthly: Delivery review covering on-time rate, slippage causes and process fixes.
- Quarterly: Campaign calendar and roadmap planning with Brand and Acquisition leads.
