Inventory & Logistics Analyst
iRhythm Technologies
iRhythm Technologies seeks an Inventory & Logistics Analyst to monitor demand, optimize field inventory levels by account, and manage shipping logistics. The role involves data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and carrier partners, and inventory performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily inventory reporting and analyze demand trends to establish optimal inventory levels
- Execute inventory adjustments and replenishment shipments to maintain service levels
- Identify and escalate supply risks; lead mitigation planning with stakeholders
- Manage inventory aging, expirations, and asset recovery; drive recovery efforts
- Present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze demand trends and develop actionable inventory strategies
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and ERP, BI, or inventory management system experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proven ability to identify supply risks and evaluate business impacts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
