Position: Sales Account Officer

Work Schedule: Dayshift (Weekends Off)
Salary: Php 35,000 to Php 45,000 Basic Pay

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Guiding and informing the sales team to set their sales target, performance and
encouraging them to set a high-performance sales culture.
✨ Reporting the monthly sales reports by predicting the volume and revenue by tracking the company’s sales performance against budget and targets.
✨ Building a strategies and relationship between the clients by discovering the new business opportunities, maintaining sales targets and endorsing of the products to the consumers.
✨ Evaluating the customer’s satisfaction, and recommendations for improvement of the products.
✨ Collaborating with the with the internal staffs by reviewing of the company’s customer requirements, pricing proposals, contracts, policies and contractual obligations.
✨ Innovating products based on market trends and tracking the tasks of warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and operations teams effectively.

Job Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ A Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ At least 3–5 years of experience in sales field.
✨ At least 1 year of Leadership Background.
✨ With Active and Valid Driver’s License.
✨ Has experience working in same industry is an advantage.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews.
