Job Title: Credit and Collections Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Credit and Collections Officer to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of receivables, and minimize financial risk. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting, AR, or collections
- Knowledge of accounting principles and credit policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
