Accounting Staff – Qualifications - Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in accounting-related work is an advantage
Accounting Staff – Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and official receipts
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
- Assist auditors and management with financial data and reports
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
