- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/distributors/accounts.
- Monitor team performance, analyze data, and provide feedback to meet or exceed forecasts.
- With experience handling sales personnel, and promoters.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and processes.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- With proven sales leadership experience.
