Business Development Officer

Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive outreach strategy to drive international growth for iOutStaff’scustomers.
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for potential clients globally, identifying key decisionmakers within SaaS and software companies.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with leads and clients, engaging with them through meetings, calls, and conferences to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create impactful proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to present to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently to drive business success.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as Sales Rep or Business Development Rep
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A University/College degree is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust andrapport with international clients.

Working Hours:
- MONDAY - FRIDAY - Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Manila Time)
- Breaktime: 1 hour
- Onsite in Mandaluyong, Manila
