Business Development Associate

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching industry trends, potential partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings and market needs.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze sales metrics and market data to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and expand the professional network.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong record of exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and drive initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong.
- Preferably available to start immediately.
