Project Officer

Project Planning & Execution: Assist in defining project scope, establishing timelines, and creating actionable work plans.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor budget spending and ensure all activities adhere to strict financial and compliance procedures.
Coordination & Admin: Act as the primary liaison between teams and external partners. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and update project management software.
Reporting & Documentation: Compile data, maintain project files, and draft regular narrative and financial reports for managers and donors.
Risk Management: Help identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, logging them and tracking proposed solutions.
