About the role

We are seeking a Partner Account Manager to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis . This is a strategic role within our Account & Relationship Management function, and you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing our key partner relationships. As Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued partners, ensuring their success whilst driving mutual growth and profitability. This position plays a vital role in expanding our market reach, deepening existing partnerships, and establishing IMV as a trusted and valued partner in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key partner accounts, serving as the primary strategic contact for all partnership matters

• Develop and execute tailored partnership strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise partner profitability and account value

• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction

• Monitor partner performance metrics, maintain detailed account records, and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Provide proactive support and guidance to partners, resolving challenges and facilitating their success

• Participate in partner events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and market presence

• Gather market feedback and partner insights to inform product development and business strategy

• Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments in accordance with company policies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or partnership management within a sales-driven environment, ideally with 3+ years in a similar role

• Strong track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving or exceeding revenue targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders

• Strategic thinking capability with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and influence without direct authority

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions

• Knowledge of the industry or experience working with partner ecosystems is advantageous

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
