- Safely transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes or navigation systems to reach destinations efficiently.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods or luggage as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, clients, or dispatch teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial license for heavy vehicles).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Prior experience as a driver (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Physical fitness to load/unload goods or assist passengers if required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
