As a Driver for Lalamove, you will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently, safely, and on time, using your own vehicle. You will be an essential part of the logistics team, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing reliable delivery services. Your role will require navigating city routes, handling deliveries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Pick up and deliver goods from customers to various destinations within your assigned route.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers and Lalamove support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow traffic laws and ensure safe driving practices at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Inspect the vehicle regularly and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Handle customer inquiries or issues professionally and report any problems to the Lalamove support team.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of delivery receipts and payment confirmations.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods, as required.
- Stay updated on Lalamove app features and navigation tools to improve delivery efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Own a vehicle suitable for deliveries (car, van, motorcycle, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the local area and the best routes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- A smartphone with internet access to use the Lalamove app.
- Prior experience in delivery or driving roles is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and handle packages of various sizes and weights.
