- Safely operates a vehicle to transport goods or passengers to various locations.
- Follows traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inspects and maintains the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Manages routes and schedules efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries or pickups.
- Assists with loading and unloading of goods, if applicable.
- Communicates with dispatch or clients regarding schedules and any issues.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver (commercial or personal).
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical condition and ability to handle loading/unloading (if required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, if necessary.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
